Elopement at Cortona & Villa Baroncino, Italy
Chloe and Liam, a charming young couple from England, chose the timeless beauty of Cortona, Tuscany, for their intimate elopement, sharing their special day of love surrounded only by their dearest family and friends.
The Preparations: The day began at the historic Hotel San Michele, nestled in the heart of Cortona's old town, capturing the final, tender moments of the couple getting ready.
The First Look: We then joined Liam waiting eagerly on the panoramic terrace for a breathtaking first look.
Romantic Portraits: While guests headed to a private villa for the symbolic garden ceremony, we took advantage of the lovely light to capture romantic portraits in Cortona’s most picturesque and secluded alleys, where the warm glow enhanced every vibrant color.
Ceremony & Celebration: Following a heartfelt garden ceremony, everyone raised a glass for a celebratory toast, followed by portraits in the rolling countryside.
Lakeside Stop: Before returning to Cortona for the wedding lunch, we made a quick, scenic stop by the lake's edge to capture a few more unforgettable shots against the expansive view.
The Reception: Arriving at the renowned Ristorante Da Tonino, the afternoon concluded with a delightful cake cutting ceremony on the terrace and a final toast before leaving the couple and their guests to savor exquisite food, fine wine, and a breathtaking view over the valley.
It was a truly perfect day with a wonderful couple it simply couldn't have been better!
