🌻 Wedding photos in Chianti

Symbolic wedding ceremony at Castello Vicchiomaggio, Greve in Chianti, Florence, Tuscany, Italy

We are at Castello Vicchiomaggio, one of the most exclusive locations in the Chianti Classico wine region of Tuscany where Rachel and Darren joined in marriage.

The timeless charm of this place remains intact after more than nine centuries, a place driven by a love of a world-famous land.

I have worked many times in this place but always offers new inspirations for the photos.

In the original plan provided the ceremony in the garden but a small thunderstorm changed the program slightly, however all good the plan "B" was ready.

The photos began with the bride's preparations in one of the apartments on the estate, fortunately, it was near the chapel where was the ceremony.

After the ceremony, all running in the courtyard of the castle to shelter from the rain and enjoy of the rich aperitif prepared for the occasion, fantastic also the Jazz Band that has enlivened all guests with beautiful live music.

As it was expected then the sun came back and so we had the opportunity to start our photo shoot around the castle, the light after the rain was really magical.

The rest of the evening continued with dinner in the big hall of the castle, the cutting cake in the garden and the first dance with a super disco setup.
